• Substance abuse & dependence

We offer preventative and treatment services to all drug users/ abusers. Please note, Resilience Occupational Therapy, does not offer detox programmes. Victims are expected to seek such treatment from other institutions i.e. hospital, clinics etc. However, all our patients are seen as out-patients.

• Stress Management

We take a holistic approach to health and wellness, by looking at the client’s interaction with his environment and their occupations

• Pre & Post-natal depression management

Please note that we offer these services to assist the client to cope better after they have been discharged or medically managed and recovered

• Anxiety & panic disorder management (following recovery)

Since anxiety disorder prevents a person who suffers from it from doing their daily activities and occupations, the Occupational Therapist help the client to participate and to realise themselves in meaningful activities.

• Marriage & family counselling

Marriage counselling aims to give couples the tools they need to understand each other, identify the problems in their relationship, resolve their conflicts, and improve their relationship

• Behaviour management

Behavior management therapy tries to reinforce wanted behaviors and reduce unwanted behaviors. It also suggests what caregivers can do before, during, after, and between episodes of problem behaviors.

• Conflict resolution

Conflict Resolution Therapy is an approach in treatment that seeks to teach people conflict resolution skills, whether it arises in a family, between friends etc

• Trauma Debriefing

Is a therapeutic intervention that promotes healing and recover after the trauma. It provides containment, emotional support and usually diminishes symptoms of trauma

• Team buildings

This is a process of causing  a group of people to work together effectively as a team, through meaningful programs, events and activities that are designed to increase motivation and promote cooperation
